Okay, so in my World Lit class, we just finished reading 'Cry, The Beloved Country' and we watched the movie and all that good stuff. So our assignment is to do a play where we rewrite the story with a different setting and different everything. The only requirement is that we have to keep four major events the same.
For those of you who don't know me in real life, my World Lit class if full of monkeys. Literally. The other kids make animal noises in glass and use the water dispenser to soak the desks and the floor for no reason. They drive me up the wall.
This, being a play, is obviously a group project. And I'd rather shoot myself than be in a group with any of the kids in my class. SO! I am instead doing a visual novel! Yeah! In THREE DAYS! (Actually, I only have one day left, but it's been a day or two.)
So, I've done the character who's taken Kumalo's place, drawn all the faces that I'll be using. I've colored it and inked it using the computer, too. *gasp* I'm uploading those next. Other than that, I still have three or four other characters to do and maybe five large pictures that show main events. ( T_______T ) But in any case, yeah. The other characters won't have as many facial expressions anyway. Plus, I can probably get away with not inking and coloring the big pictures with the excuse of time constraints. In any case, I win. >

Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
